We each wrote a one sentence prayer and took it in turns at the mic to speak our prayer.
We've collected the sentences and crafted a longer prayer from them.
We invite you to use the small piece of paper you’ll be given to write a prayer.
The prayer should be a single sentence that says something about creation: it can be worship, thanks, lament, petition… anything goes.
We will finish the evening by taking it in turns to say our one sentence prayer, and we would like to collect all the sentences and use them to create a longer prayer to reflect how we feel about God’s creation.
And if saying a one sentence prayer out loud isn’t your thing, you can pass at that point, but we’d still love to have your sentence written down to add to the prayer.
